Communications with OPSEU Local 560

To receive all Local 560 newsletters, updates on Union Meetings, Contract Demand Setting, CAAT-A contract negotiations, contract votes, strike votes, etc., simply send an e-mail from your private (non-Seneca) e-mail address to: news@opseu560.org

Once we receive your private e-mail address, we will add your address to our communications list serve.

Do not submit your Seneca e-mail address: we will not be sending any mail to college addresses.

Your Local 560 executive and your CAAT-A bargaining team would like to ensure that you are informed of all CAAT-Academic developments at the local and provincial level.

To this end, Local 560 has established a secure e-mail communications system for its members. So that all essential information on local 560 union meetings, negotiations, contract votes, strike votes, etc. reaches you, we are requesting that you provide us with a secure private e-mail address from your internet-service provider (e.g.Rogers or Bell/Sympatico) or from a free e-mail provider such as Gmail, Hotmail, or Yahoo).

We will not be sending mail to any “faculty.name@senecac.on.ca” addresses. This is a province-wide stipulation — all locals will be refraining from using their college e-mail servers since we cannot be certain faculty will have access to their college e-mail throughout contract negotiations.
